  1. Participation is open to all players except football and futsal national and “A”, “B”, & “C” division players.
  2. Players are allowed to register and play for only one team.
  3. Identification Number should be Citizenship Number or Passport Number or Voting Rights Number or Diving License Number only.
  4. Registration Form can be submitted by:
    1. In Hand to our tournament coordinator, Ms.Bagmati Rai, 9841481915
    2. Email the scanned copy of the registration to nrssportsfoundation@gmail.com
  5. Closing Date for Registration is 29 April 2022.
  6. Tie Sheet will be drawn on 11 May 2022 at the press meet around 2 PM.
  7. Official Document of Organization: A list of players along with team manager with their office designation printed on the official letterhead of the organization duly signed by authorized person.
  8. Once the organizer receives the name list, a follow up call will be made for team to make the payment Rs. 25,000/- as registration fee. All payment should be made through cheque under name of NRS Sports Foundation Pvt. Ltd.
  9. The organizing committee reserves the right to repudiate the registration of any team player (s), at its’ discretion.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Registration is only complete upon receiving the registration form, indemnity form and team registration fees. Payment received is Nonrefundable.
  2. Each player can only represent ONE team throughout this event.
  3. Mangers / Captains shall undertake the responsibility of ensuring the health and well-being of the players competing in this Tournament.
  4. Managers / Captions shall undertake the responsibility of ensuring the eligibility of their players competing in this tournament. If participant(s) is / are found ineligible, they will be disqualified from the competition with immediate effect. All participants must bring along their identification card for verification purposes.
  5. Only players listed in the registration form are eligible to participate in the competition. Changes to the line-up will not be accepted once it has been submitted to the presiding tournament official on the actual day /date. For any changes in the players, it should be submitted to organizing committee before 24 hours of the game with proper signature, official stamp and official letter from the organization with proper reason for the change.
  6. In the absence of any team in any of the competing rounds, a win or default (walk-over) would be awarded to the other opponent by the end of the grace period.
  7. All participants shall comply with the instructions and decisions of the event organizer and match officials.
  8. Any changes/ amendments / decisions would be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Minimum Futsal Rules: 

  1. Only 5 players from each side will be allowed on the Futsal Pitch at any one time with flying 3 substitutes.
  2. Players must be attired in suitable clothing and footwear. Futsal shoes must be worn as the playing surface is not suitable for blades, studded or molded boots. Shin pads are compulsory. Any player not wearing shin pads will be asked to leave field of play by the referee to rectify the situation.
  3. There will be a qualified referee present at each game. They have the final decision on all matters arising.
  4. The duration of each game will be 20 minutes. 10 minutes each way. The referee will be the official time keeper, with time being added for any lengthy stoppages.
  5. The referee will decide who kicks off at the start of a match by tossing a coin. After a goal, the match is restarted from a kick off from the center spot.
  6. A center kick can be played in any direction and a goal can be scored direct from a kick off.
  7. There are NO off-sides
  8. The goal post size is [2 meter (height) x 3 meter (crossbar)](Standard Futsal Post)
  9. A player who commits any of the following offences will be awarded a direct free kick against him by the referee and further action may be taken, in terms of red or yellow cards, leading to suspensions.
    1. Charges an opponent
    2. Kicks or attempts to kick an opponent
    3. Trips or attempts to trip an opponent
    4. Jumps at an opponent
    5. Strikes or attempt to strike an opponent
    6. Pushes or holds an opponent
    7. Deliberately handles the ball 10. All free kicks will be direct.
  10. Defending players must be at least 2m of a free kick.
  11. Violent conduct, such as brawls, fights, etc. will lead to the immediate suspension of the individual concerned or the team for the duration of the game and games thereafter. This also applies to the coach/manager.
  12. Yellow cards will only be in effect for the game in hand. They will NOT be carried forward.
  13. Red Cards will be result in the player being sent from the field of play for the current game and the next game.
  14. The game shall end if any team is reduced to 3 players due to misconduct. The other team wins this case.
  15. It is the player’s responsibility to bring to the attention of the referee and team members of any personal medical conditions that may arise during play.
  16. During league matches there will be 3(Three) points for a victory. There will be 1(One) point for a draw. 0 (Zero) points for a loss. In the event that two teams are on the same number of points, goal difference will determine their place in the tournament. (Head to head rules)
  17. In case of draw after quarter finals then penalty kicks will decide the tie-breaker.
  18. After Red Card is given, next player have to enter the ground after 1 minutes.
  19. In the league stage, the team may need to play two or three games in a day.
  20. The organizing committee will not be responsible for any serious injuries during the game.

Indemnity

Upon the organizing committee undertaking reasonable care to ensure that the safety of all the participants in this Futsal Competition is taken care of, I confirm that I will not hold the organizing committee responsible for the following:

  1. a) Death
  2. Disability
  3. Personal Injury
  4. Loss of property or any other loss howsoever arising from any cause and whatsoever in connection with the tournament or with my participation therein.
